Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demands, and recommend adjustments to purchasing and production.
- Manage and reconcile inventory discrepancies, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee the effective utilization of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP/MRP) to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to ensure smooth material flow and availability.
- Identify and manage obsolete, slow-moving, and surplus inventory to minimize holding costs.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control principles (e.g., JIT, FIFO, ABC analysis) and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive process improvements.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven experience leading or participating in ERP/WMS implementation or optimization projects
- Familiarity with automated warehousing technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs)
