Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust inventory control procedures and policies.
- Oversee and execute regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
- Monitor and report on key inventory performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, turns, and service levels.
- Ensure accurate data entry and effective utilization of the ERP/WMS system for all inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to improve material flow and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory management.
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, cycle counting, and optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, JIT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Experience with warehouse automation or robotics technologies
