Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allendale seeking Working Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Train, mentor, and supervise a team of production associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve production targets.
• Experience with scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and technology.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• - Forklift certification and experience operating various warehouse equipment
• - Basic understanding of preventative maintenance procedures
• - Familiarity with quality control systems and statistical process control (SPC)
