Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve project objectives.
• Develop and implement control plans to sustain process improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and results to senior management.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and Six Sigma best practices within the manufacturing organization.
• Train employees on Six Sigma principles and their application in manufacturing environments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies, including Minitab or similar software.
• Extensive experience in root cause analysis, process mapping, and design of experiments (DOE).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with advanced statistical software packages beyond Minitab (e.g., JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
• - Proven ability to train and mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts in Six Sigma methodologies.
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma projects.
• - Experience with specific manufacturing technologies relevant to the industry (e.g., automation, CNC, MES systems).
• - Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing project stakeholders effectively.
