Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee general administrative operations, filing systems, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for office areas.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding logistics and employee records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and manage petty cash.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including phone systems and visitor reception.
  • Ensure compliance with office safety protocols and maintain relevant documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrative role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or production management software.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with budget tracking, vendor management, and purchasing processes.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and compliance relevant to manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing-specific software
  • Understanding of safety protocols and compliance in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including production staff
  • Exposure to supply chain or logistics operations
