Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor production output, quality control, and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating regular maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and safety regulations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software.
