Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment, coordinating procurement and stock levels.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure quality standards are met through regular inspections and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Manage equipment maintenance and repair to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
