Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product conformance.
• Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators.
• Document inspection results accurately, including non-conformances and deviations.
• Identify, quarantine, and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications (GD&T knowledge preferred).
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills for identifying defects.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry, reporting, and using quality management software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMM operation or programming.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Internal auditing experience for quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
