Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM).
• Identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement standard work procedures and visual management systems.
• Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and production lines.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and cost savings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban).
• Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to effectively lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in Lean transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with discrete event simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and dashboards.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or strong project management methodology experience.
