Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, minimizing waste, and preventing stockouts or overstock.
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and internal company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in managing inventory, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced logistics software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency with advanced WMS/TMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle SCM).
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis for logistics optimization.
