Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and process inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement standard work procedures to optimize production processes.
  • Apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3, 8D) to address root causes of issues.
  • Drive 5S implementation and sustainment across manufacturing operations.
  • Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles and tools.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for waste reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and tools in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Standard Work.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive process improvements.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
  • Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python for data analysis)
  • Direct experience training and mentoring teams in Lean methodologies
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their integration with Lean principles
