Salary Range: $133,000 - $184,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, budget, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Optimize supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced manufacturing automation
• Demonstrated success in international market expansion or global supply chain optimization
• Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) from development to full-scale manufacturing
