Salary Range: $84,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
- Manage APQP activities, including FMEA, Control Plans, and successful PPAP submissions for new product launches.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (8D methodology) for internal and external non-conformances.
- Conduct internal audits to IATF 16999 standards and support customer and third-party certification audits.
- Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA) to ensure process capability and product quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers on quality issues, perform supplier audits, and monitor supplier performance.
- Interface directly with customers regarding quality concerns, requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Deep understanding and practical application of IATF 16949 requirements.
- Proficiency in core automotive quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
- Experience conducting internal and supplier quality audits to IATF 16949.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- VDA 6.3 Auditor certification
- Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for advanced data analysis and SPC
- Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and tools
