Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in manufacturing systems.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components, minimizing customer downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customer operators and maintenance personnel.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately in service reports.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during field service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems).
• 2+ years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with excellent customer communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites, often working independently.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming or SCADA system experience (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000)
• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
