Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to gather market intelligence and promotional plans.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and business intelligence to refine forecasting models.
• Lead the demand review process as a key input to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of significant variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize inventory levels by providing demand insights to production planning and procurement.
• Manage and maintain demand planning systems and tools to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with advanced forecasting software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with a solid understanding of various forecasting methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of S&OP processes and inventory management principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with advanced statistical forecasting software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
• Familiarity with S&OP process facilitation or improvement initiatives.
