Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, setup, and calibration of industrial robotic systems.
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on robotic equipment and associated peripherals.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
  • Program and optimize robot paths, logic, and teach points to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Execute repairs and replace faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
  • Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and technical manuals.
  • Experience with robot programming, teaching pendants, and PLC integration.
  • Strong understanding and application of industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial vision systems and their integration.
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis or advanced control.
  • Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical design review or minor modifications.
  • Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
