Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• Collaborate with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for a manufacturing environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and data management.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future manufacturing demands.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades), and industry-specific talent markets.
• Proven ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing, tailored for technical and operational roles in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or industrial safety standards.
• Experience recruiting for specific skilled trades (e.g., CNC Machinists, Welders) or engineering disciplines within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship programs or workforce development initiatives.
