Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement solutions to restore stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, optimization, or improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions using statistical tools.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS).
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and data extraction.
