Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery and control systems.
• Install, maintain, and inspect electrical equipment, wiring, and components according to blueprints and schematics.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, electrical codes, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain various industrial instrumentation and control devices.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical repairs, maintenance activities, and system modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Strong experience with industrial motor control systems, including VFDs and servo drives.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial power distribution (e.g., 480V, 3-phase) and control circuits.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
• Robotics electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with instrumentation and process controls
• Certification in NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety
