Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the high availability, reliability, and security of all IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and production-specific hardware/software.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and other critical business applications.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect intellectual property, production data, and operational continuity.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for IT-related issues across office and production environments.
• Strategically plan and execute IT projects that align with manufacturing goals, such as automation, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Deep understanding and proven experience with manufacturing IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM, industrial IoT).
• Strong background in managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and data security within a 24/7 operational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles and implementing protective measures for both IT and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor IT teams, manage complex projects, and oversee IT budgets and vendor relations.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with manufacturing business goals and drive digital transformation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence strategies.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles for process optimization.
• Experience with cybersecurity specific to industrial control systems (ICS) and OT networks.
