Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop, train, and mentor employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to drive operational improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Standardize best practices and implement visual management systems to sustain gains and prevent backsliding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED) and their practical application.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with CI initiatives.
• Certification or hands-on experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, automation) for process improvement.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
