Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Holt region seeking Process Engineers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Design, implement, and monitor process control strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs and flowcharts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports on process performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification) for process optimization and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, and process control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing)
