Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Paw Paw that are seeking skilled Production Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the production floor.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production line personnel.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality control to maintain product standards and address defects.
• Schedule and assign tasks to production staff to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Optimize workflow processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
