Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the production floor.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to foster skill development and performance.
• Schedule and assign work to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control processes
• Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
