Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Production Leads. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train production team members on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain to prevent shortages.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections, identifying defects and ensuring product specifications are met.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a production team to meet daily targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and make data-driven decisions under pressure.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
