Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members.
• Schedule and assign personnel to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar continuous improvement programs.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production staff, fostering skill development and career growth.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
