Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Purchasing Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and quality.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production to forecast material needs.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes and systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and vendor management
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and procurement software
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
