Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in DeWitt that are seeking skilled Project Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes through project implementation.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project deliverables.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgets exceeding $1M
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing).
