Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints related to product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with Minitab or other statistical software
• Experience with ISO 9001 audits or implementation
