Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and quality.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Conduct pre-employment background checks and reference checks in accordance with company policy.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles (e.g., engineers, production supervisors, skilled trades).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical requirements of shop floor and engineering positions.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software to manage candidate pipelines.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with hiring managers and advising on talent acquisition strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including custom report generation and automation setup.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic talent acquisition advice.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and reporting requirements for federal contractors.
• Prior experience working with a contingent workforce or staffing agencies in a manufacturing context.
