Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Plainwell that are seeking Recruiters. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and pre-employment processes.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote company brand and attract talent.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for specialized roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic candidate tracking (e.g., reporting, automation setup).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., CNC, welding, assembly).
• Certification in a relevant area such as AIRS, CIR, or a specific HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
