Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
  • Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
  • Manage and track key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
  • Provide technical support and training on reliability best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on new equipment specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA, Weibull analysis).
  • Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis software.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends to improve asset performance.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for reliability modeling and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or facilitating cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise asset management (EAM) or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
