Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of defects and implement sustainable solutions.
• Analyze manufacturing data using statistical methods to identify trends, predict outcomes, and measure project impact.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
• Champion continuous improvement culture by promoting Six Sigma methodologies and best practices across the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified in Lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical software for data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Experience applying Six Sigma in a continuous improvement or Industry 4.0 environment.
