Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Norton Shores that are seeking skilled Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock levels, and warehouse operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
• Lead S&OP processes, collaborating with sales, production, and finance to align plans.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain functions.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and inform decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
• Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
• Lean Six Sigma or APICS certification preferred

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale ERP systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Project management experience, PMP a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
