Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in East Lansing that are seeking Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to align with production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Utilize supply chain analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Familiarity with ERP implementation or optimization projects
