Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Shop Foremans. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train shop floor personnel on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain machinery and equipment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards for all manufactured products.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to optimize production flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design review or minor modifications.
• Certified in welding inspection (CWI) or other relevant quality certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) to communicate with a diverse workforce.
