Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Coopersville seeking Quality Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Manage and facilitate internal and external quality audits.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for production staff.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and internal auditing.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring a team of quality professionals.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards
