Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Allendale region seeking Quality Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification from ASQ.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and procedures.
