Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Coopersville that are seeking skilled Assembly Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of products.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.
• Optimize workflow and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, including supervisory or lead roles.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production associates.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated assembly lines and robotics
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
