Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and timely tax filings.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Assist with human resources administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Prepare and submit various reports, including sales tax filings and other regulatory documents.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, capable of managing office operations, scheduling, and maintaining efficient record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to perform payroll processing, reconcile bank statements, and assist with month-end close procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with vendors, clients, and internal staff.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with job costing or project accounting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
  • Experience with inventory management and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing-specific tax regulations or incentives.
