Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Byron Center seeking experienced Bookkeepers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, preparing necessary journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP.
• Prepare and submit sales tax filings and other regulatory reports as required.
• Support inventory tracking and costing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory management and cost accounting in a manufacturing setting.
