Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled EHS Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation for all EHS-related incidents.
• Manage and oversee all environmental permits, reporting, and compliance activities, including waste management and air emissions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, covering topics such as hazard communication, emergency response, and machine guarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into new equipment, processes, and facility modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing safety culture.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) designation.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 implementation and maintenance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in EHS management software (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Enablon).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
