Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Norton Shores seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of improvement projects.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, engaging all levels of the organization.
• Coach and mentor employees in the application of continuous improvement techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful improvement projects and achieving measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
