Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Montague that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and other lean tools to identify and eliminate waste.
• Train and mentor employees at all levels on lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop corrective actions.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results.
• Implement best practices and standardize processes across manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
