Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Jenison seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and other lean manufacturing workshops.
• Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and mentoring of employees at all levels.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment of improvements.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Manage and maintain the continuous improvement project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve process improvements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process measurement and problem-solving.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering CI projects on time and within budget.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
