Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Grand Haven that are seeking Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and track improvement initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives resulting in measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
