Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects and problem-solving techniques.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to develop data-driven solutions.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and coaching to all levels of the organization.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to achieve rapid, focused improvements in specific areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of continuous improvement efforts with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant operational improvements and cost reductions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
