Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify results of improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Partner with department managers to embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels in the application of continuous improvement techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
