Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and debug CMM programs for complex manufactured parts.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications.
- Select appropriate probes, fixtures, and measurement strategies to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
- Perform first article inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections using CMM.
- Optimize CMM programs for efficiency, cycle time reduction, and data output.
- Troubleshoot CMM equipment and program issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of CMM programs, inspection results, and calibration data.
- Train and support production personnel on basic CMM operation and data interpretation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in CMM programming software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS).
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and 3D CAD models.
- Experience with various CMM hardware platforms and probe systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot CMM programs and measurement issues.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
