Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, and service issues.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers, guiding them through product selection and usage.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and escalate recurring customer issues or potential product problems to management for further investigation.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand basic technical product information and manufacturing processes
